Combining the storied talents of George Porter, Jr., Matt Abts, Johnny Neel, and Brian Stoltz, Deep Fried is, according to Porter, "four individuals, bringing their own stuff to the dinner table, just stirring it up, and coming out the other end with music." And that music just happens to be a seven-course meal of spine-shaking funk and snarling southern blues.
