San Francisco born singer/songwriter Chrissy "Sister Soul" Colangelo is a passionate performer with honest conviction. Whether belting out the blues, singing a haunting acapella Appalachian ballad, or playing one of her own original songs, Sister Soul delivers the goods. Her vocals are very compelling with a persuasive attitude, and have a measure of heart and emotion that are poured into her memorable performance. Sister Soul describes her music as blend of acoustic, folk, rock, country, blues, bluegrass, and American traditionals.
