| Steve Kimock & Friends began in the late 80's as a creative outlet away from Kimock's regular touring schedule. Over the years, these opportunities have lead to special and distinguished performances that have included such players (and friends) as: Pete Sears, Martin Fierro, Banana, Reed Mathis, Rodney Holmes, Steve Wolf, Sonny Landreth, Chip Roland, John Morgan Kimock, Jon Sikora, Earl Cate, Steve Pryor, and many others. Whether acoustic or electric, SK&F continues to provide an alternative universe to Kimock's regular routine. Kimock explores the pure music bringing into play his extended collection of guitars (and other stringed instruments) and a spontaneous repertoire.
