Bear Creek Music Fesitval, held at The Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park, brings some of the hottest sounds coming out of the New Orleans funk and jazz scene today to the north central part of Florida. DigitalSoundboard.net is pleased to present some of the incredible sets performed over the weekend of November 12-15. In addition to the NOLA sounds, the weekend was rounded out by many DigitalSoundboard.net musical favorites including...yes...Kimock and Crazy Engine.
These recordings bear witness to the bands trying to out do each other by making their heads, and ours, explode with funkalicious delights. A highlight of festival going is seeing the various guest sit-ins and mash-ups that take form over the course of a weekend. The Bear Creek Fesitval sets had no shortage of featured guests as you will see when you check out the setlists.
